Article 1: Scope of Application
By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from The Light Warrior Studio Ltd.
These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions conducted through the websites of the LIGHT WARRIOR STUDIO network. A "client" is defined as any legal person placing an order with LIGHT WARRIOR STUDIO validated through our secure payment platform or via check or cash.
Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Article 1a: Age limit
Age restrictions apply: The Light Warrior Studio does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.
Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will be deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be reimbursed immediately and a return of the product(s) concerned will be required.
Article 2: Placing Order
Placing an order on any site owned by LIGHT WARRIOR STUDIO implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale and you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Article 3: Price
The prices are indicated in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes. It also excludes the shipping and processing of your order for physical products. The price of items and services can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.
Article 4: Your information
If you wish to place an order for products or services, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
If you make a purchase, payment information (e.g., credit card details) will be processed by our secure payment processor, Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment information. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.
You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or any other payment method(s) in connection with any order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
Article 5: Payment
Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, this includes pre-order products. Service booking will only be available after payment.
Payments can be made by credit card. Cards issued by banks outside Canada must be international cards (MasterCard, Visa or American Express).
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
Secure online payments are processed through Stripe. The information transmitted is encrypted and protected during transport over the network. Any guarantees regarding the security of this payment system are the sole responsibility of Stripe and not LIGHT WARRIOR STUDIO.
Article 6: Delivery
Coaching Services and Products
Coaching services are delivered online via Zoom or Google Classroom at scheduled times.
Group coaching session times will be selected based on availability that best accommodates the majority of participants. If the scheduled time does not fit your personal schedule, replays will be provided and accessible online (unless otherwise advertised). It is the client’s responsibility to watch the replay to stay current with the program.
Booking 1:1 coaching sessions is solely the responsibility of the client. While booking links will be provided, specific time slot availability is not guaranteed and is subject to the coach’s current calendar. Sessions may not be recorded unless mutually agreed upon in advance. Pre-recorded programs and video content will be accessible for streaming only, with accompanying tools and downloadable PDFs provided where applicable. All services will follow the outlined program schedule, and clients are expected to book any included coaching sessions within the designated timeframes.
Digital Products
Most digital products will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 5 to 10 minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery is made to the address you specified when placing your order—please pay particular attention to the spelling of your email address and ensure it is correct.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by full mailboxes, spam or scam filters, prior unsubscribes from our emails, or any technical problems with the client’s email provider. Please ensure your email settings allow for delivery from our domain and check your spam folder if your product does not arrive promptly.
Physical Products
For any physical products offered, delivery is made to the shipping address specified at the time of order. Please double-check all address details—particularly the spelling and postal code—as we are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost or undelivered package, we will do everything we can to ensure you either receive your product or are reimbursed in accordance with any applicable warranty or refund policy.
Please note: For international orders, you are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by your country of residence. We are not responsible for any delays or charges incurred through mail carrier or customs processing.
Article 7: Refunds & Session Cancellation
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you review the product details carefully before purchasing.
Pre-Recorded Coaching Programs
Some pre-recorded programs may include a money-back guarantee. Please refer to the specific program’s individual refund policy or terms stated at the time of purchase for full details. If no refund policy is explicitly stated, the sale is considered final.
Coaching Sessions
Coaching session packages are offered at a discounted rate and are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for booking their sessions within the timeframe outlined in their package agreement and according to availability.
We kindly ask that sessions be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered a forfeited session—non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.
Article 8: Protection of Personal Data
LIGHT WARRIOR STUDIO complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read our data protection policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined. Your data will be used exclusively by LIGHT WARRIOR STUDIO for service-related and promotional purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
By providing your email address and/or phone number on any of our websites, you consent to receive communications including purchase confirmations, service updates, promotional emails, and text messages related to LIGHT WARRIOR STUDIO and its offerings. While we may promote affiliated offerings, your personal information will not be shared with partners.
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link found at the bottom of our emails, preceded by the words “To unsubscribe or change subscriber options,” or by replying “STOP” to any promotional text message.
Article 9: Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.
If a revision is deemed material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a “material change” will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms, you should discontinue use of our services.
